Every student is required to have a copy of the School Diary, which serves as the
official record of the student’s academic performance and conduct. Students must
ensure that their name and class are entered correctly and use the diary to record all
entries related to “Absent,” “Late,” “Uniform,” “Leave,” and other relevant sections in
the School Calendar.
No student is permitted to leave the school premises during school hours unless
accompanied by a parent or guardian or upon presentation of an authorization letter
from their parent/guardian. Such requests must be duly approved, and written
permission must be granted by the Principal or Vice Principal in the School Calendar.
Every student must possess a valid Identity Card issued by the school, which must
be renewed annually. Students are personally responsible for the safekeeping of their
belongings, including books and other personal items. All belongings must be clearly
labeled with the student’s name, class, and section.
Students are expected to exhibit disciplined behavior while traveling to and from
school. Any misconduct that tarnishes the school’s reputation will be subject to strict
disciplinary action.
Any damage caused to school property, whether intentional or accidental, must be
compensated by the student responsible. The school reserves the right to impose
penalties or take appropriate action as deemed necessary.
Students are prohibited from bringing any books, periodicals, comics, newspapers,
electronic gadgets, or printed material of an objectionable nature onto school
premises. Any printed material brought into the school must be presented to the
Principal for review and approval. Only approved materials bearing the Principal’s
signature may be retained and used on campus.
No collection of funds, imposition of fines, or solicitation of contributions is permitted
without the explicit written permission or notice from the Principal. Unauthorized
activities in this regard will be subject to strict action.

Students must bring their own tiffin from home and refrain from purchasing food
items from vendors or shops around the school. This measure ensures the health
and safety of all students.
Participation in co-curricular activities organized by the school is mandatory for every
student. Failure to comply without a valid reason may result in disciplinary measures.
All students are mandated to communicate exclusively in English while on the school
campus. Parents are encouraged to reinforce this practice at home to enhance their
children’s proficiency in the language.
The use or possession of prohibited substances such as cigarettes, drugs, tobacco
products, betel nut, chewing gum, or intoxicants is strictly forbidden on school
premises. Additionally, students must not bring or use items such as cards, marbles,
or other objects that may distract them or their peers from their studies. Any violation
of this rule will lead to immediate disciplinary action, which may include suspension
or expulsion.
