Fee Structure and Payment Schedule: The school fees cover twelve calendar months and may be paid either in monthly instalments or in advance. No deductions will be made for holidays or partial attendance. Students are liable to pay the full fees as long as their names remain on the official school rolls. Fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Monthly fees must be paid by the 18th of each month. Payments made after this date will incur a late fee of ₹50 for the current month and an additional ₹50 for every subsequent month of delay, calculated cumulatively.
Delay and Penalties:
Delay in payment of fees may result in the dismissal of the student
from the school. If the delay exceeds two months, the student will be sent back home
without further notice.
Overdue Fees:
Students with long-overdue fees may have their names struck off the school
rolls. Re-enrollment, if permitted, will require payment of all dues, including applicable
penalties.
Holiday Month Fees:
Fees for holiday months must be paid in advance before the school
closes for the holidays. All dues must be cleared before the commencement of the annual
examinations.
Fee Counter Hours:
The fee counter is operational on all school days from 8:00 AM to
12:00 Noon for any queries.
Parents are required to pay school fees online to ensure greater transparency and compliance with government regulations. Cash transactions are strictly prohibited.
Fee Revisions:
The school reserves the right to revise the fee structure at any time during
the academic year if deemed necessary. A 10% annual increase in school fees is
customary and will be implemented accordingly.
